Check the Status of Your Submission

After you have submitted their project/presentation information and abstract, and have received a presentation code, you can check to see if your presentation has been accepted, not accepted, or needs to be modified before a final decision can be made. You can start to check the status of your submission once the deadline for submission has passed, which is Monday, April 24, 2017. You can also check to see if your presentation has been scheduled and view the presentation time and location. Presentations will be scheduled once the review process has ended, and only for ones related to accepted abstracts.

You will also have the option to use this page to review your abstract for errors and revise it if necessary. To begin, you should have your presentation code ready. If you forgot your code, submit the e-mail address that you used for your submission, and your code will be e-mailed to you.

The 2017 UCI Undergraduate Research Symposium will be held Saturday, May 20 in the UCI Student Center. In addition to the poster and oral presentations, presenters can enjoy dance and music performances and listen to the keynote speaker. To participate, complete the Presentation & Abstract Submission Form. The deadline to submit an application is Monday, April 24, 2017.
